The staff were friendly and helpful. That met my expectations.
The air conditioning was not effective, so the room was uncomfortably warm. i also found the noise insulation to be inadequate. I could hear sounds from the street and other rooms too easily. this made it difficult to sleep.

the location is superb, within walking distance of major attractions. free private parking is available right in front of the hotel. i received an upgrade to a large corner room with many windows. the staff was helpful arranging a taxi to take me back to the airport.
the room's decor seemed a little dated.

the beautiful double room was quite spacious. it had several large windows offering ample natural light. the room also included a well maintained, sizable bathroom with modern fixtures.

the hotel's location allowed easy access to various points of interest. i easily walked to the medina, ville nouvelle, and the railway station. having free private parking at the hotel was a significant plus.
